Returns for opened stuff can be tricky with grooming tools for hygiene reasons. You'd probably have to contact them directly about it, but usually, it has to be unused or defective.

I've got both, and honestly, the Onyx feels more powerful and the cooling tech is legit. My Senior always heats up faster during a busy day. Plus the battery life on the Onyx is insane.

Depends what you mean by 'better'. For pure power and not heating up, Onyx wins. But the Senior has that classic feel some barbers prefer. It's close though, both are solid.
